Relyr / Information
Messages people expect.
Relyr is intended for legitimate transactional email. These requirements describe the permitted use of future sending access.
Permitted messages
Send messages requested by a recipient or clearly connected to an existing service relationship: welcome emails after signup, requested password resets, receipts, and relevant product notifications. Use sending domains you control and sender names that accurately identify your organization.
Prohibited activity
- Unsolicited bulk email, cold outreach, purchased lists, or scraped addresses.
- Phishing, impersonation, malware, fraud, or deceptive sender identities.
- Attempts to bypass domain verification, rate limits, recipient restrictions, or access controls.
- Illegal content or activity, harassment, or repeated contact after a recipient has objected.
- Misrepresenting marketing messages as transactional email.
Sender responsibilities
Maintain accurate recipient information and evidence of the relationship or request that justifies each message. Honour opt-outs where applicable. Stop sending to addresses that hard-bounce or complain, and protect API keys and webhook secrets. You are responsible for your messages and for complying with the laws that apply to them.
Review and enforcement
Sending access will be subject to onboarding review. Suspected abuse may result in restricted or suspended access. Public sending will remain disabled until operational safeguards and provider approval are in place.
Report a concern
Please contact us with the sending domain and message ID, if available. Do not include secrets or unrelated personal information.
